In this practical event you’ll develop ways of becoming more long-term across your organisation's culture and operations. It builds on work The Long Time Project has done with thousands of policymakers across the world. In this session we’ll navigate the terrain of long-termism, provide you with a framework to map where long-termism already exists in your organisation and where there is potential to develop it. You’ll have a chance to develop tools and processes you can take back to your organisation.
This event is for anyone who works in an organisation. The Long Time Project have done this work with a real range of participants including national governments, civil servants, local governments, community groups and the United Nations.

About The Long Time Project
The Long Time Project is focused on finding new ways to help us care about the long-term future, so that we take responsibility for it in the short-term. It aims to galvanise public imagination and collective action to help us all be good ancestors. We work across disciplines including policymaking, art and culture, science, media, technology and business. You can follow the work of the Long Time Project via Twitter here.
